The invention discloses a microbial fertilizer capable of improving the plant stress resistance and a preparation method thereof. The fertilizer is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 70 to 85 parts of edible fungus waste materials, 5 to 10 parts of EM inoculant, 8 to 14 parts of humic acid, 20 to 30 parts of lotus pool sludge, 25 to 40 parts of peanut cake, 6 to 10 parts of ferrous sulfate, 5 to 9 parts of chitosan, 15 to 20 parts of urea, 15 to 25 parts of ammonium sulfate, 8 to 15 parts of potassium permanganate, 12 to 18 parts of phosphor fertilizer, 4 to 5 parts of binder, and water. The organic ecological fertilizer can enhance the stress resistance performance of crops and is prepared by using the edible fungus waste materials which are rich in proteins. Moreover, the humic acid and peanut cake are added to increase the organic substance content; and the humic acid can be rapidly absorbed by crops in advance, so the provided fertilizer can be used to save the dying crops. The microbial fertilizer is efficient, green and environment-friendly.
