Correlation analysis between survival rate and protection enzymes of Polyrhachis vicina under different temperatures

Polyrhachis vicina was cultivated under -10--45℃ and its activity and survival rate were observed.The SOD,POD and CAT activity were determine under different temperatures.The experiment showed that the survival ratew in higher temperature and lower temperature were lower than that in 10--40��.Activity of protection enzymes and survival rates at 40--45℃ were declined with temperature rising while activity of protection enzymes and survival rates at -10--10℃ were rapidly declined with temperature falling.It was correlated among protection enzymes, survival rate and temperature.
