The independent steam generator is arranged in the baking oven; the plurality of evaporation bodies are arranged in the steam generator; heat is stored in the evaporation body, when the water is guided to effectively flow over the surface of the evaporation body, the water can be evaporated under heat effect, thus generating steam. The heat-accumulating type steam generating device is simple and reasonable in structure, low in energy consumption, large in steam amount, long in life, stable and convenient in usage, and no extra mounting space is needed.
