Research on the Key Technology of Intelligent Electronic Toll Collection System and Its Realization

No stop electronic toll collection system (NSETCS) is the key device that increases the vehicle passing rate on the expressway. The theory and key technology of intelligent toll collection system are proposed.The technology and method of radio frequency identification(RFID), network and communication , computer vision and system manage are presented. A new detailed project is presented and carried out. It has important purpose in developing intelligent toll technology.
