Некоторые принципы медико-географического районирования территорий при изучении эпидемиологии полинеоплазий

2002
Methodological approaches to the systemic epidemiological and medico-gcographical analysis of primarily plural cancer cases are considered in the large region, that is heterogeneous in climate and geographic parameters. Usage of cluster analysis for medico-geographical division of the region into districts has allowed to form groups of nearby administrative areas according to similarity of ecological parameters into so-called ecological zones with a high degree of accuracy. The analysis of separate polineoplasia distributions was made in these zones. Primarily plural mam-marian, ovarian and uterus cancer was established not to possess territorial variability. Distribution oflung and lower lip cancer on the contrary differ from zone to zone.
