韓流의 재확산과 국가 e브랜드 강화를 위한 관광 앱과 웹 서비스 품질향상에 관한 연구

Several years ago, the Korea wave was very big issue among Asian nations. But it has been decreased and reduced until now. Compared to products and large companies of Korea, nation brand has been also underestimated. So this paper shows several implications for the tourism app and web service quality to enhance national brand power and diffuse the Korea wave again using the VOC of Korea wave countries. In order to achieve this purpose of the paper, we use Quality Function Development (QFD) and by considering visitors" requirements and complaints of email and bulletin board system, national e-brand strategies by national brand committee and global marketing strategy of KTO(Korea tourism organization) and elements used to measure the app and web service quality of tourism. The result of the paper implicates the app and web service has to be designed differently according to the cultural region such as Japanese, Chinese, and Southeast Asia.
