Fluid catalytic cracking slurry filter equipment

Fluid catalytic cracking slurry filter equipment comprises a slurry circulating tank (1), a cross-flow membrane filter (2), a backwashing device (3), a chemical cleaning device (4), a purified oil discharge pipeline (5) and a concentrated slurry discharge pipeline (6). The slurry circulating tank (1) supplies fluid catalytic cracking slurry to the cross-flow membrane filter (2), and the upper end of the cross-flow membrane filter (2) is communicated with the slurry circulating tank (1), so that the fluid catalytic cracking slurry is capable of flowing circularly between the slurry circulating tank (1) and the cross-flow membrane filter (2); the chemical cleaning device (4) supplies a chemical cleaning medium to the cross-flow membrane filter (2), and the upper end of the cross-flow membrane filter (2) is communicated to the chemical cleaning device (4), so that the chemical cleaning medium is capable of flowing circularly between the chemical cleaning device (4) and the cross-flow membrane filter (2). Filter element blockage is not easy to be caused when the fluid catalytic cracking slurry is filtered by the fluid catalytic cracking slurry filter equipment.
