Pursuing the Dream: Migrant Women Build Confidence, Job Skills through Drama

Pursuing one's dreams usually involves a lot of sacrifices. But for migrant women, who dream of better lives than what they had in the countryside, the hardships they endure in the city are many-and seemingly endless. Dong Fen is just one of the nearly 120 million people migrating to cities in search of work. It is the largest human migration in the world's history. One international NGO (non-governmental organization) in Beijing, which uses drama in workshops, is helping migrant women gain confidence and job skills.
