Study on the Isolated Culture and Rapid Propagation of Cymbidium Hybridium

This paper studies on the isolated culture and rapid propagation of Cymbidium hybridium.The results show that the emergence of the inducing shoot is even, the optimal medium for inducing the shoot is MS+6-BA(1.0 mg/L)+NAA(0.1 mg/L) + AC(0.6 g/L), the inductivity of original corm amounts to 85%; the differential medium is MS+6-BA(1.5 mg/L)+NAA(0.5 mg/L)+AC(0.6 g/L),the differentiation rate is 74%; the medium for root-promoting is 1/2MS+NAA(1.0 mg/L) +multi-effect zole(0.2 mg/L) +sucrosum(20 mg/L), the solidified cultivation is made in agar(5 g/L), the rooting rate is 98%.
