Self-balancing electric scooter

The invention provides a self-balancing electric scooter which comprises a drive motor, a pedal, a rear wheel and a battery for supplying power. The drive motor and the rear wheel are located at the front end and the rear end of the pedal respectively. The electric scooter further comprises a self-balancing device; the self-balancing device comprises a controller, a gyroscope and pressure sensors, the controller and the gyroscope are located in the middle of the pedal, the pressure sensors and the gyroscope are connected with the controller, the controller is connected with the drive motor, and the two pressure sensors, namely a first pressure sensor and a second pressure sensor, are located at the positions, on the front side and the rear side of the controller, in the pedal. The self-balancing electric scooter is good in balance performance and convenient to use.
