Fusion proteins expression of rotavirus VP7 gene and LTB gene and their immunogenicity.

According to nucleotide sequence of bovine rotavirus VP7 gene(DQ195152),part gene of VP7 including the three main antigenicity cluster was cloned and expressed in Escherichia coli,and then were ligated with LTB(Heat labile enterotoxin B,LTB) gene.The fusion gene were also expressed in high lever.A high purity expressed product was acquired by affinity chromatography purification with immobilized nickel chelating NTA(Ni-NTA).Animal model tests showed that a certain level of neutralizing antibody can be induced in mice by the antigen protein.
