Transformer lifetime performance - managing the risks

This paper describes the methodology and techniques for effectively and efficiently assessing the condition of a population of power transformers, so that expected lifetimes, failure probabilities and associated risks can be assessed for asset management purposes such as remedial maintenance, risk management and replacement planning.
