Purification of porcine granulosa cells by continuous Percoll gradient

Granulosa cells purified on a continuous Percoll gradient have considerably increased responsiveness to FSH in formation of cAMP, secretion of progesterone, and125I [hCG] binding to cells incubated for 4 days in culture.
