Between-shafts finger seal device

The invention discloses a between-shafts finger seal device. The between-shafts finger seal device is composed of an outer stretching between-shafts finger seal structure and an inner stretching between-shafts finger seal structure. The outer stretching between-shafts finger seal structure is installed on an inner shaft, and the inner stretching between-shafts finger seal structure is installed on an outer shaft. The outer stretching between-shafts finger seal structure and the inner stretching between-shafts finger seal structure each comprises a plurality of finger seal pieces, a front baffle, a rear baffle and an elastic component. A plurality of finger curved beams and finger boots are machined on the finger seal pieces. The molded line of the finger curved beams is any one of an involute, a circular arc or a common polynomial function curve. The finger boots make contact with the surfaces of the rotary shafts to form sealing interfaces. Radial clearances are reserved between the front baffles, the rear baffles and the finger seal pieces, and the elastic components are placed in the clearances correspondingly so as to compensate outward movement of the finger curved beams and displacement perturbation of the inner rotary shaft and the outer rotary shaft under the action of centrifugal force. The between-shafts finger seal device adopts flexible sealing and is prepared from carbon-carbon composites with good abrasion resistance, the machining cost is low, the efficiency is high, assembly and adjustment are easy, and the sealing performance and abrasion resistance of between-shafts sealing are promoted.
