Kleje kompozytowe utwardzane produktami aminoglikolizy poli(tereftalanu etylenu)

2003
The epoxy compositions and composites hardened with the products of aminoglycolysis of poly(ethylene terephthalate) using: triethanolamine (PET/TEA), N-metyldiethanolamine (PET/NMDA) and N,N,N",N"-tetra(2-hydroxyethyl) ethylene diamine (PET/EtEDA) have been investigated. Epoxy resins used were Epidian 6 and Epidian 2; as fillers were applied modified silicas, products of Quarzwerke. To the composite adhesives the fillers were introduced in amounts of 5, 25, 50 or 65 parts per 100 weight parts of epoxy resin. The hardeners were applied in different weight ratios since 10 to almost 30 g per 100 g of the resin. The process of crosslinking was followed up and the shear strength of these epoxy compositions investigated at room temperature, 40 and 70°C.
