Normal Glow Discharge between Flat Electrodes Arranged in the Same Plane

The new arrangement of the anode and the cathode in one plane was made. This configuration was tested in the experiment series. Current - voltage characteristics and glow discharge visualizations were received. Pressure and electric parameters were determined for next experimental studies of these processes.
