A Comparative Reliability Analysis of Boost-Type Three-Phase PFC Rectifiers

This paper presents reliability analysis of two circuits of active three-phase rectifiers for electric vehicles. On the basis of calculations of the electrical stresses and operating modes, reliability indices are assessed and comparative analysis of both topologies are made.
