A ceiling-embedded air conditioner including a panel (1) having: a plurality of air blow openings (1a), an air blow shutdown member (3) for shutting down an internal air passage (1b) of unused air blow opening(s) (1a), and vanes (2) provided in the internal air passage (1b) of said air blow openings for changing air direction, wherein the mount position of said vanes (2) is at the surface of said panel (1), and unused air blow opening(s) of said air blow openings (1a) can be fully closed by said vanes (2).
