Research on Market Characteristics and Proper Allocation of Sports Talents in China

The ecological differences,the ethnic differences and the differences in the sports development led to the regional differences of sports talents.The article was based on talent market theory and the author had summed up "three fusion" feature in the sports talent market,the integration between the regional markets and the national markets;the integration between the domestic markets and the international markets;the integration between the "professional" markets and the "amateur" markets.In response to those characteristics above,the author had proposed the feasible strategies on implementing the rational allocation of sports talent resources in China.
