Testing the amyloid hypothesis of Alzheimer's disease in vivo

In this issue of The Lancet Neurology , Rinne and colleagues report something of a breakthrough by demonstrating the feasibility of eventually testing the so-called amyloid hypothesis of sporadic Alzheimer's disease in vivo.
