The aim of the study was to determine the role ozonedepleting of red blood cells in combination with mexicor in the development of hypoxic due to damage to the liver, kidneys, heart and lungs. Methods. Method for morphometry of the studied histological preparations of the liver, kidneys, lungs, heart 68 Wistar rats, weighing 180-220 grams after blood loss of 2 ml blood/100 gram mass at a speed of 2 ml/min with compensation in the control group with 3 ml transfusion of autoerythrocytes taken 3 days before the experiment, ringer solution in the ratio 1:2; in the 1 study group with autoerythrocytes in 3 ml of ozonized 0,9% NaCl solution with ozone concentration of 2 mg/l in a volume of 3 ml of ringer solution 3 ml; in the 2 study group a mixture of washed autoerythrocytes in volume of 3 ml of ozonized 0,9% NaCl solution with ozone concentration of 2 mg/l in a volume of 3 ml ringer solution 2,5 ml, mexicor 0,5 ml (50mg/kg). Сonclusions. Intensive therapy of hemorrhagic shock with the use of ozonedepleting of red blood cells in combination with mexicor prevents the development of hypoxia due to damage to the liver, kidneys, heart and lungs, helping prevent the development of multiple organ dysfunction.
