Water repellent and oil proof finishing agent and application thereof

The invention discloses a water repellent and oil proof finishing agent and application thereof. The water repellent and oil proof finishing agent is composed of the following components by weight: 5-15% of a perfluoropolymer emulsion, 1-5% of dipropylene glycol, 1-5% of glacial acetic acid, 1-5% of hydrogen chloride, 0.1-1% of formaldehyde, 2-5% of an enclosed type oxime isocyanate dispersion solution, 2-5% of a modified resin aqueous solution, and the balance water. The fabric finished by the water repellent and oil proof finishing agent provided by the invention is detected by the AATCC22, AATCC135 standards, and the results are as the following: before washing, the oil repellency is above grade 4, and the water repellency is above grade 4; and after washing and natural drying, the oil repellency is above grade 3, and the water repellency is above grade 3.
