The courses planned for the tourism management major have a certain impact on graduates and job choices in the future. This article attempts to explore the reform of tourism management majors from the angle of market demand, and discuss how to improve the employment quality of tourism management students from the perspective of curriculum reform. This is a long-term topic, which needs to be constantly studied and practically explored. If so, that can make tourism-management students have better employment prospects.
