Disclosed is a board connecting method adopting riveting column vibration type riveting pressing. Before riveting pressing begins, a lower die is fixed to a table seat, and a plurality of split dies are arranged on the table seat around a lower die; an upper board and a lower board are stacked on the split dies and are pressed through a side pressing ring; a riveting column is placed on the upper board, and a puncher pin is placed on the upper portion of the riveting column; the vibration type riveting pressing technology is adopted, vibration is exerted to the puncher pin, meanwhile, the puncher pin moves downwards, the riveting column is pressed into the upper board, and vibration of the puncher pin is transmitted to the riveting column; in the deformation process of the upper board, the lower board is extruded to deform downwards, meanwhile, the split dies slide outwards in a radial manner along the table seat, and along with sliding of the split dies, under the pressure effect of the riveting column, the upper board and the lower board expand and deform outwards in a radial manner; materials on an upper pit and a lower pit of the riveting column deform to enable the riveting column to be embedded into the upper board, the upper board is pressed to be embedded into the lower board nearby the connecting point so as to form a buckle, and therefore connection is achieved; and the board connecting method has the beneficial effects of being high in connecting strength, safe, environment-friendly, free of damage to boards and the like.
