Compensation law for protonic conductors of the MenHm(AO4)p group
1996
Experimental data on the protonic conductivity in crystals of the general formula Me n H m (AO 4 ) p (where Me=K, Rb, NH 4 , Cs; A=S,Se,P,As; n,m and p are integers) are summarized. An empirical analysis established the existence of a linear relationship between the logarithm of the pre-exponential factor and the activation energy for low-conducting phases of crystals of this group. In superprotonic phases, such a correlation is weakly pronounced. A conclusion was drawn about the existence of a threshold value of the activation energy E 0 ≃0.5 eV in the region of the intrinsic protonic conductivity
