The effect of in halation therapy with intravenous injection of immune globulin in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of intravenous injection of immune globulin in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children.Methods:50 cases of infant suffering from bronchiolitis were randomly divided into observation group(25cases)and control group(25cases).Serumbilirubin levels were determined after treatment.Results:The affect of the treatment was assessed in the immune globulin group 21 cases obtained significant effectiveness with the effective rate 84%.while in the control group 15 cases obtained significant effectiveness and 8 cases obtained effectiveness with the effective rate 60%(P0.05).Conclusion:Immune globulin can effectivelyand rapidly reduce the serum bilirubin in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children.
