About mechanism of radio transparency of the collision of the ionized gas

In the article considers radio physical property of collisional ionized gas, plasma sheath which surrounds hypersonic velocity or reentry vehicles can cause severe communication problems because of signal reflection or/and attenuation. The dispersion equation of the test medium is analyzed, which possess different properties from weakly ionized plasma till the plasma state, depending on the frequency of collisions of electrons. Described by the methodology and results of microwave diagnostics of the physical model.
