외국인 근로자의 사내 소통을 위한 연수원 건축계획에 관한 연구

Domestic foreign workers has shown a steadily increasing trend due to the lack of domestic employment and domestic wage rise, 530,000 foreign workers in 2014 were increased by 10% compared to last year. Increase of these foreign workers has resulted in a cultural conflict of domestic workers, so countermeasures should be prepared. According to a survey targeted at foreign workers, the biggest reason to quit the company, has become a `conflict between workers.` Therefore, this study proposes a Business Training Center for foreign workers in non-professional employment groups that keeps the existed characteristic of business training institutes, but has strength in interaction between workers regardless of nationality by sharing each different national cultures of foreign workers.
