INVESTIGATION OF A PLASMA SOURCE OF EXCITATION OF THE SPECTRA OF IMPURITY ELEMENTS IN AIR

We present the results of spectroscopic investigations of a plasma in a source of excitation of the spectra of small amounts of impurities in air. Using the determination of the content of the vapor and aerosols of Mn and Cr in air as an example, it is shown that the detection limits are about 10−4 g/m3.
