The Advance of Bone Marrow Stromal Cells Differentiating into Schwann Cells in Vitro

Bone Marrow Stromal Cells(BMSCs) can differentiate into other kinds of cells,not only mesenchymal but also non-mesenchymal cells such as nerve cells and Schwann cells.Many anti-oxidants promote BMSCs into schwann cells in shorter time,many growth factors have the same effect on BMSCs with more passages for the differentiated Schwamm cells.Combination of anti-oxidants and growth factors can obtain more Schwann cells with more passages of Schwann cells but also extending the life of passage.
