Clinical analysis of surgical treatment in 184 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

2013
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive aspiration in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Divided 184 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from 2009 May to 2011 September in our hospital into two groups,88 cases in control group used traditional fenestration operation,96 cases in treatment group used minimally invasive aspiration, compared postoperative illness and hospitalization time. Results The case fatality rate in the control group was 17%,which was higher than 11.5% in the treatment group(P0.05);Complication rate was 15.9% higher than 6.25% in the treatment group(P0.05);And recovery rate was 84.1% lower than 92.7% in the treatment group(P0.05);The hospitalization time was(31.6±7.6)d more than(23.2±5.7)d in the treatment group(P0.05).Conclusions The use of minimally invasive aspiration in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients has the advantages of simple operation, less trauma, quick recovery after operation and is worth clinical application.
