The syndrome polyglandular autoimmune is defined as the coexistence of an or several primary alterations of the endocrine glands whose nature is autoinmune and it is associated with other immunologic pathologies, with the presence of circulating specific antibodies organ directed against the white organs, in the daily medical practice it is an entity little suspected, in this work we present a typical case of this affection what maintains us alert in the diagnosis of this affection
