The Japanese white does were chosen for the experimental development of diaphragmatic hernia.Intrauterine operation was carried out on 24th gestational day.The thorax was entered through the 10th intercostal space to create a hole on diaphragm.Up to the 29th gestational day,the operated fetus was brought out by caesarean section.
