Disclosed in the present invention are a method and communication device for data processing. The method comprises: dividing an original data flow into multiple data blocks; performing parallel channel coding, rate matching, scrambling, and modulation on the multiple data blocks in a data block level to obtain multiple modulated data blocks; combing the multiple modulated data blocks in cascade to obtain a new data flow after cascade combination. The embodiments of the present invention can reduce data processing time.
