Determination of Trace Amounts of Metallorganics in Marine Ecosystem by High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography Followed by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometric Detection
1995
Abstract Interaction among organometallic compounds both by antropogenic and endogenous origin is a well-known side of environmental studies. Chemical analyses of these compounds are easily carried out by a coupling between a high-pressure liquid chromatograph and an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer, used as specific detector (HPLC-ICP AES). In present paper, applications of such a technique to the determination of organometallic compounds and other complexes between metals of toxicological interest are described.
