The invention discloses a process hot air circulating device for a tobacco charging machine and a control method for the device. The hot air circulating passage of the device consists of a drum, a front drum chamber, a rear drum chamber and a conduit communicated with the front drum chamber and the rear drum chamber; the hot air circulating conduit is provided with an air supply pipe communicatedwith a radiator, the air supply pipe is provided with an air supply port with an electric angle actuator, an axial flow fan is arranged on the hot air circulating conduit and positioned between the front drum chamber and the air supply pipe, and the hot air circulating conduit is also provided with a temperature sensor; and the radiator is also connected with the electric angle actuator. The front drum chamber and the rear drum chamber are also communicated with an air pipe, and a dehumidifying fan is arranged on the air pipe. The air supply pipe is provided with a temperature sensor. The radiator is positioned below the drum. Compared with the circulating hot air control mode of the prior art, the device has the advantages of effectively preventing the radiator from scaling, improving the heat exchange efficiency of the radiator and adjusting the temperature of the process circulating hot air more effectively and quickly.
