The invention relates to a brake-tire-ground inner rotary drum type inertia brake test bench. The test bench comprises a ground foundation, a transmission system, a brake system, a control system, and a detection system. An industrial personal computer sends a speed command to a PLC, adjusts the speed of a frequency converter by controlling the frequency converter so as to adjust the speed of a vehicle, sets the moving inertia of the vehicle through an inertia adjusting device, sets the pressure exerted by a hydraulic cylinder on the ground, brakes the wheels of the moving vehicle through a brake actuator, and acquires the braking parameters of the vehicle through corresponding sensors. The technical problem that the existing test device cannot truly reflect the actual braking process of a vehicle is solved.
