КОМПЛЕКСНАЯ ОЦЕНКА ФАКТИЧЕСКОГО ВОЗРАСТА НАСЕЛЕНИЯ В СРЕДНИХ И СТАРШИХ ВОЗРАСТНЫХ ГРУППАХ

The article is concerned with substantiation of a complex index of the actual age for per-sons of mature and elderly age groups (over 50 years old). The complex index of the actual age is offered to prove taking into account the functional age, a pathological age and a psychologi-cal age. As a result the limiting indicator is chosen which determines the biotic forecast of an individual and priorities of preventive efforts to increase life expectancy. There were examined 77 people aged 90 and over. The morbidity, functional state and psychosocial functions were studied. It has been established that for persons of a senile age the psychological age is the limit-ing indicator.
