ผลการสอนแบบ 4MAT ต่อความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 3 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า จังหวัดเพชรบุรี

ทกษะทางปญญาดานการคดวเคราะหเปนทกษะจำเปนในมาตรฐานผลการเรยนรตามกรอบคณวฒระดบอดมศกษา จากผลการประเมนนกศกษาพบอยในระดบตำ อาจารยผสอนจงตองหาวธการสอนทสงเสรมการคดวเคราะห ซงการสอนแบบ 4MAT สามารถพฒนาทกษะนได  การวจยกงทดลองนมวตถประสงคเพอเปรยบเทยบความสามารถในการคดวเคราะหของนกศกษาพยาบาลกอน  และหลงการสอนแบบ  4MAT  และระหวางกลมทสอน  4MAT  กบกลมทสอนตามปกต กลมตวอยางเปนนกศกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบณฑต ชนป 3 วทยาลยพยาบาลพระจอมเกลา จงหวดเพชรบร จำนวน 118 คน เลอกกลมตวอยางเขากลมดวยวธจบคคะแนนทใกลเคยงกน ไดกลมทดลอง 59 คน และกลมควบคม 59 คน เครองมอทใชในการวจย คอ แผนการสอนแบบ 4MAT และแบบทดสอบวดความสามารถในการคดวเคราะห วเคราะหขอมลโดยหาคาเฉลย สวนเบยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถตการทดสอบท  ผลการวจย พบวา 1) ความสามารถในการคดวเคราะหของนกศกษาพยาบาล กลมทไดรบการสอนแบบ 4MAT หลงการทดลอง สงกวากอนการทดลอง อยางมนยสำคญทางสถตทระดบ 0.001 (2) ความสามารถในการคดวเคราะหของนกศกษาพยาบาลหลงทดลอง กลมทไดรบการสอนแบบ   4MAT สงกวากลมทไดรบการสอนตามปกต อยางมนยสำคญทางสถตทระดบ .01     จากการศกษาครงนพบวา การสอนแบบ 4MAT มประโยชนในการพฒนาทกษะการคดวเคราะห ซงเปนทกษะทจำเปนในการพยาบาล และสงผลดตอการเรยนรของนกศกษาพยาบาลทงรายบคคลและภายในกลม จงควรสนบสนนใหมการเรยนการสอนดวยวธนอยางแพรหลาย  Cognitive skill especially analytical thinking ability is one of the learning outcomes within the framework of Higher Education Qualifications. The evaluation of this skill at Prachomklao College of Nursing, Phetchaburi Province revealed a low level. Therefore, nursing instructors must apply teaching methods that encourage analytical thinking. The 4MAT teaching has advantages in developing this skill. The aim of the study was to compare the analytical thinking ability of nursing students before and after 4MAT teaching method, and between experimental and control groups.  This quasi-experimental research participants consisted of 118 third year nursing students, equally assigned into control and experimental groups by match paired according to the scores of this subject. In the experimental group 4MAT teaching method was applied, whereas the control group received regular teaching. Research instruments were 4 lesson plans of 4 MAT teaching method and analytical thinking ability scale (reliability at 0.86). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test and paired t-test.   The results were as follows:  (1) The analytical thinking ability in the experimental group after completion of 4MAT teaching program was significantly higher than before, at 0.001 level. (2) The analytical thinking ability in the experimental group compared to the control group was significantly higher after completion of the respective teaching program, at 0.01 level.   The findings suggested that 4MAT teaching method has advantages in developing the analytical thinking skills required for nursing practice and have a positive effect on individual and group learning in nursing students, its utilization should be promoted.
