Лечение больных с острой артериальной мезентериальной ишемией

The article analyzes 312 cases of the treatment of patients with a diagnosis of acute ischemic bowel. CTG with bolus dosing contrast mesenteric pool informative 99%. Оперировано 310 patients are operated. At 96,5% of patients diagnosed with occlusion of the superior mesenteric artery (SMA), embolism amounted to 60,7%. Used a combination of tactics revascularization and reducing techniques. Total mortality in embolism of SMA, amounted to 67,3%, when atherothrombosis SMA 92,9%. The basis to improve the results of treatment is to reduce the time of diagnosis through the use of imaging techniques, mandatory application of revascularization of the intestine.
