Совершенствование технологии изготовления сталеалюминиевых вкладышей подшипников скольжения

The possibility to use emulsion explosives with increased detonation capacityin production of plane bear‐ing liners, used in big diesel engines, and manufactured with the help of explosive welding, is shown. Themain advantages of technology, which is under development, are decreasing of residual deformations and stresses in obtained bimetal, as well as reductionof production cost. Itwas also shown that detonationspraying technologycan be used in applyingof running‐incoating onto the plane bearing liner, and therefore substitute environmentally harmful galvanic metallization.
