Extended field of view for medium resolution electron holography at Philips CM 200 Microscope

Electron holography has become a reliable tool for dopant profiling in semiconductor industry. Up to now, medium resolution and large field of view have been required, in order to adapt to object structures of interest [1]. With shrinking device dimensions, the resolution has to be improved, while preserving a large field of view.
