: Diagnosis and treatment planning of the Angle class II/2 malocclusion of the dentition are discussed. The skeletal pattern is essentially normal except for an anterior rotation of the mandible during growth. Major deviations involve the dentition. The high lip line is of paramount importance for the development of the Class II/2 malocclusion.
