Reagent kit for identifying verticillium dahliae pathotype and gene and method for identifying verticillium dahliae pathotype

The invention provides a high-pathogenicity verticillium dahliae gene which has a nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The invention further provides a method for identifying a verticillium dahliae pathotype. The method includes the following steps that (1) preparing a sample which contains whole genome DNA of verticillium dahliae and is to be detected, (2) carrying out PCR amplification on the basis of a template which is the whole genome DNA sample to be detected and obtained in the step (1), and detecting whether a nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.4 exists in an amplified product, and (3) judging the pathotype of a verticillium dahliae bacterial strain according to a detection result of the step (2). The invention further provides a reagent kit.
