Эндоскопическая диагностика и пристеночная импедансометрия в оценке изменений слизистой двенадцатиперстной кишки у пациентов с подозрением на постхолецистэктомический синдром

The article is based on analysis of the results of continuous cohort study of 79 patients. All patients underwent endoscopic examination of the upper parts of the gastrointestinal tract and parietal impedancometry mucosa in the descending part of the duodenum. The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of endoscopy and the parietal impedancometry mucosa of the duodenum in patients with suspected development of postcholecystectomy syndrome. In the result of the analysis revealed that the overall structure of endoscopic changes in patients with gallstone disease and after cholecystectomy is the most common signs of chronic pancreatitis.
