The invention relates to a light and temperature dual-gradient culture precise data acquisition device, which comprises a sealed box body, wherein two side surfaces, a top surface, a back plate and a bottom plate of the box body are sealed, and the front side of the box body is open; a sealed box body supporting box is arranged at the lower part of the sealed box body; a main board of a culture device is horizontally arranged in the sealed box body and is provided with different point positions according to the needs of experimental contents; a lighting source takes the sealed box body as a fixed supporting frame, and the light intensity and the light temperature are adjusted according to the experimental needs so as to light cultures on the main board of the culture device; temperature conduction parts lead in differential temperatures at both ends of the main board of the culture device, and gradient temperatures required for experiments are formed via the main board of the culture device; and a control unit is arranged in the sealed box body supporting box and controls data acquisition, temperature control and lighting. The invention significantly reduces experimental labor intensity and experimental error rate, realizes one-step orthogonal fit culture of biological experiment light and temperature composite data for the first time, and is suitable for biological and microbiological experiments, data is fully covered, and microcosmic technical data is reflected accurately.
