Young migrant mental health difficulties and suicidal behaviours: an alternative perspective
2019
The Saving and Empowering Young Lives in Europe (SEYLE) study brings attention to the special needs of adolescent migrants. Alternative data analyses could lead to improved service delivery and requisite education/training of health and mental health personnel. We advocate earlier identification by using SEYLE data to shape policy about youth suicidal behaviour and ideation in prevention efforts. Declaration of interest None.
