The ibuprofen-codeine phosphate compounding preparation is composed of ibuprofen sustained-release pellets and codeine phosphate quick-release pellets. The ibuprofen sustained-release pellets comprise medicine-containing blank pellets and a sustained-release material coating the surfaces of the medicine-containing blank pellets. The medicine-containing blank pellets comprise the following ingredients, by weight, 55-75 parts of ibuprofen, 15-35 parts of disintegrating agent, 1-15 parts of filler and 1-5 parts of adhesive. The disintegrating agent is microcrystalline cellulose. The sustained-release material is polymethacrylate or ethyl cellulose. The codeine phosphate quick-release pellets comprise the following ingredients, by weight, 1-5 parts of codeine phosphate, 10-30 parts of disintegrating agent, 10-30 parts of filler and 1-5 parts of adhesive. When the ibuprofen-codeine phosphate compounding preparation is compared with the prior art, mutual influences of ibuprofen and codeine phosphate in the ibuprofen-codeine phosphate compounding preparation are small, and the sustained-release effect of ibuprofen is good and stable.
