Эндохирургическое лечение постинтубационного рубцового стеноза трахеи

Fifty six patients with postintubation cicatrical stenosis of the II-III stage were followed up. Endoprosthesis of trachea with Dumon type linear stent in cicatrical stenosis of small and middle length is a temporary measure preceding preparation of patients for radical surgical treatment. In 17% of cases, recovery occurs after application of linear or T-shaped stent for 1,5-3 years. When the zone of lesion is large, especially in case of combination with tracheomalacia, patients with cicatrical stenosis of larynx and thoracic trachea complicated by concomitant pathology need prolonged protection with T-shaped stent that becomes a forced measure.
