The invention discloses a hybrid power coupling device comprising a differential mechanism, a first transmission mechanism, a second transmission mechanism. The differential mechanism is connected with an axle shaft mechanically. The first transmission mechanism is connected with an engine and the differential mechanism mechanically, comprises a first gear set and a second gear set arranged in parallel and a synchronizer capable of being engaged with the first gear set and the second gear set selectively; the synchronizer is used for transmitting power of the engine to the first gear set or the second gear set; the first gear set and the second gear set are used for transmitting power of the engine to the differential mechanism. The second transmission mechanism is connected with a drive motor and the differential mechanism respectively to transmit power of the drive motor to the differential mechanism. Therefore, different transmission ratio can be selected when power of the engine is transmitted to the axle shaft to adapt to various operating environments, and the engine is kept working in a high-efficiency area.
